CCG Capital makes asset-based loans for commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate projects. Our commitment is to provide fast and flexible solutions to each borrower's unique and unconventional financing requirements.
Unlike conventional bank loans, our asset-based loans are approved based on the After-Built-Value or After-Repaired-Value of the borrower's real estate asset. Entities with viable investment projects that fit within our lending parameters will be considered for a loan. As the direct lender, we are able to close on approved loan requests in as little as 10 business days after receiving all underwriting documents. Our loans typically range from $250k - $5M with 3 to 18 month terms depending on the project.
High Yield Investment Funds
Our investors enjoy a high-performance investment with historically high yields that is managed by seasoned professionals. Each fund that we manage is a Regulation D Security filed in all 50 States and has assets that are secured by real estate. The nature of our investment vehicle allows us to offer a greater level of liquidity than customary trust deed investments, with a high return and a lower risk as exposure is spread across the entire portfolio.
Loans made from a fund are secured by first deeds of trust in residential and commercial real estate and are diversified over a variety of property types, borrowers and locations. We lend to sophisticated borrowers that have real estate vision and concrete exit strategies to ensure investor satisfaction.
